Mental Health Awareness Week
Whether you are a practising Christian or not, mental health matters. The present crisis means we are all having to learn afresh how to live life well. The theme for this year’s mental health awareness week is ‘kindness matters’. The tag line that the campaign is using is ‘it is better to give than receive’. It is not a religious campaign but actually, those words come from the Gospel, which says much about how to how to live life well.
